Need a van and driver?
Our unique collection and delivery service offers you peace of mind when it comes to getting your items to and from your storage.
Book a van and driver to arrive when you need them, then simply self-load and self-unload your items into your storage container.

Boxes
It may sound simple, but durable, same size boxes will ensure you maximum the space within your container. We can provide these for you.
Be sure to also stack boxes with the heaviest at the bottom and also with the boxes filled to the top to avoid crumpling.
-
Fragile packing
The key is always in the preparation! If storing breakables, be sure to use plenty of packing paper or bubble wrap and clearly mark your box with fragile tape so you can easily identify the box and handle it correctly.
-
Labelling boxes
Always mark the room in which they were packed in, but for extra convenience, also write a brief description of content - side table contents / TV unit contents / office paperwork for example.
-
Furniture
Be sure to protect furniture with blankets when storing, this helps avoid potential scratches or damage when moving other items around the container. We can provide blankets.
-
Fabrics
We offer a variety of covers to protect fabrics in storage. We always recommend keeping fabrics in protective sleeves - the last thing you want is to get these items dirty when transporting them to or from storage.
-
Arrange your container sensibly
If you are planning frequent access, be sure you create a walkway for easy access of all items, or place any items you regularly need at the front.
-
Clean down your items
The last thing you want is to bring items such as outdoor furniture into your container with dirt, cobwebs or other residue. Be sure all items are brushed down to help keep your container spick and span!
-
Colour code flat pack
If bringing multiple flat pack furniture into storage, it’s best to colour code the parts relevant to each unit. Also tape all fixtures and fittings to one part. if you have the manual, keep that with the unit as well. This all helps for a much easier rebuild.
